Infants, Toddlers, and Two's

Infants

We accept children one to twelve months of age into our
Infant program.  A baby’s first year of life is so very important.
This time of development and relationship building is
the beginning of your child’s life. It should be stable, safe, and loving.

We realize that is extremely difficult to leave your baby in
another person’s care. You can be confident that at early
Basics your baby will get the same level of care and
stimulation you would give him.

We take care of your baby’s daily needs the same way you
would.  Our teachers build a bond of trust with your
baby and with you. We provide a nurturing and loving
environment that builds your baby’s self esteem and encourages
him to be a confident Toddler

Our Toddler Program

Children twelve months of age are enrolled in our Toddler Program.
It is exciting to see children this age as they are becoming independent in
many ways. Many of them are starting to walk and exploring the other stages of development.

We recognize that toddlers have daily needs
that must be met along with activities that encourage their
emerging development. Early Basics has an activity room that was
Designed especially for toddlers.

Our Two's Program

Teaching two year olds can be fun and exhausting.
A two year old’s are very active and curious. Their development
in many areas is ever changing. We understand that and provide structure
and activities that encourage their development. We provide
opportunities to teach sharing, and getting along with their peers.

Our curriculum includes songs, art projects,
motor movement, and sensory motor activities. We also include
lessons that promote the development of language and vocabulary.
